Nina Bellaart and Eline Oudshoorn, two students from Alkwin Kollege, worked on a senior project about the development of the Spanish subject in both a primary school and a secondary school. During their research, they came across the Juan y Rosa learning method and arrived at a wonderful conclusion:

“Scientific research shows that task-oriented and independent education is highly effective in terms of pupil outcomes, and we find this method beautifully and impressively executed. We could clearly see how well the pupils engaged with it during the lessons.”

For the Juan and Rosa learning method, this is a fantastic compliment, especially considering that the method aims to promote goal-oriented and independent work.

Eline and Nina received a good grade for their senior project. If you’d like, you can read the public part of their work. Click on this link to access it.
